The main reasons behind my blog is to demystify mental illness and show people that there is light at the end of the tunnel. I also want to help families, friends, partners and carers understand what it’s like living with a mental illness and what they can do to support their loved ones.

I would also like to hear your stories and strategies for dealing with the black dog in your life. Together we can show the world that mental health matters and that no matter how low you go, there is always help available.
