Well my friends, I have made it back again. This time I didn’t fall quite so far or quite so hard. The past few months have been rough and I have a few battle scars to show for it, but I survived and am back healthier and more enthusiastic than before. I’m ready to kick mental illness into oblivion and maybe together we can find a way to make our journeys a little more blissful. Thank you so much for waiting for me. I hope you have been fighting the good fight and winning.

Over the next few weeks I’m going to explore several important topics of good mental health. What are they you ask? First of all we are going to look at your defence strategy against mental illness. What keeps you well? Then we will dabble into planning anxiety into non existence. Then we might have a look at the how to put therapy into action.
